Q: Where does the name Java James on the coffee and tea come from?
A: The owners husband is James so the coffee brand is named after him.

Q: Where does the name Fausy's Flavors on the dip mixes come from.
A: The owner is Fausy, so the dip mix brand is named after her. 

Q: How do I contact you?
A: Please email us at dip_n_joe@yahoo.com and make sure to include as much information as possible. It may take up to 72 business hours for a reply as we are closed weekends and holidays. 

Q: Are all of your dip mixes all natural?
A: Yes all of our mixes are all natural except for the Cool Cucumber Dip Mix.

Q: Do your products contain MSG?
A: No, none of our products contain msg.

Q: Are your products Gluten Free?
A: All dip mixes are gluten free EXCEPT for the ones containing bacon, which include: Twisted Tomato Bacon Bomb, Cheesy Bacon, and Poppin Bacon CheddarJack.

Q: Which mixes contain no sugar?
A: All of our products are sugar free except: Creamy Ranch dip mix, Mexican Madness dip mix, and all of the Cheesecake dip mixes.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: All of our Dip products are made in Wylie, TX. Our coffee is Roasted in Canton, GA.

Q: How long do you need to refrigerate dips before serving?
A: After dips are prepared please refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This ensures that the flavors have incorporated thoroughly.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship within 7-10 business days! Note, there have been some delivery delays through USPS in the recent past, but it seems to be improving.

Q: My order shows delivered but it is not in my mail box, what do I do?
A: You will need to contact your local USPS and ask for the GPS coordinates of your package being dropped off. 

Q: What happens if my package is returned to home office?
A: If a package is returned to us without having been delivered to the customer, we will send an email to confirm address. Of the customer enters the address incorrectly they will need to pay the additional shipping cost and no refund will be issued. If address was incorrect due to a company error product will reship at no additional cost to the customer..

Q: What happens if my shipment address is incorrect but the order has already shipped?
A: You will need to call USPS to reroute the package to the correct address or if it is going to a neighbor ask them to walk it on over to you.
